My name is Skye Rodgers. I am a communications professional with a variety of niche specializations. From conducting private tours of Tampa to writing about popular travel destinations, I am a life-long tourist and love to share my experiences. 

In addition, with a background in public relations, I have experience writing to a wide variety of audiences from experiential travelers to college students to empty nesters. While I pride myself on my research abilities, my current areas of subject expertise include a variety of work/life balance and wellness topics, post-secondary education, and career development. 

As a natural complement to my career related articles, I also write customized resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters for private clients. 

My inspiration comes from my city.

As a transplant to Tampa, I am keenly aware of its charms. I have witnessed it blossom into a vibrant and modern city that is also dedicated to preserving its history and traditions. This strikes me as how we all should approach life, with a spirit that is ever evolving but while respecting all that came before and brought you this far. That's why I am so proud to share the stories of Tampa Bay with visitors, both in my writing and in my private tours.
